Scouting report (from STATS, Inc.)
Hitting, baserunning and defense: Roberts is a classic slap hitter with speed. He has very little power, but excellent bunting ability. Roberts is a patient hitter with a good eye. He has great speed, and his career stolen-base percentage is better than 80 percent. His speed helps him get a good jump on balls in the outfield, but his arm does not scare opposing baserunners.
